As a highly respected leader with a clear, focused direction, he has seen notable results throughout his career. He has been instrumental in large and small development projects and in creating revenue streams for customers by delivering innovative product solutions. For over 21 years with Kablooe Design, Tom has implemented countless improvements that have directed the company in its strategic directions, establishing its position in the design world as a highly respected leader in this niche industry. Selected to guide the company as president in 2004, Tom cultivated loyal client relationships and leveraged involvement with several intellectual property opportunities. His business plans creatively shifted the corporate portfolio, bringing more focus on design strategy and product research and development that included strategic joint ventures with core alliances.

Starting with Kablooe Design in the role of Industrial Designer, his career escalated rapidly. He gained invaluable experience as a senior designer, where he focused his efforts on overseeing and directing a team of younger designers and engineers. Later, as Vice President, he expanded the customer base, shifted the company focus to medical products, developed a more highly skilled creative team, and negotiated contracts for large development projects.

Tom holds an Executive Certificate in the Master of Product Development at Northwestern University, and an undergraduate degree in Industrial Design from MCAD. He also holds a certificate from Stanford University for the Cardiovascular System in Health and Disease, and participated in the Stanford University Graduate Certificate in Biodesign.
